Got this from an Adidas broucher that highlighted the jogger's injury jinx which I, along with ahfu and Siong, are experiencing.
Basically, Dr Low shared that knee injury is common among runner as the knee cap rubs against the thigh bone during the process. Well, if doing progressive training doesn't help remove the pain, seeking medication attention is probably the only way.
As for me, I completed a 60min soccer match without any sign of the injury acting upon. Hopefully the injury would not resurface after my jogging tonight. *finger crossed*
