1. What brand(s) of cigarettes do you smoke?
2. What is the variant of the cigarette(s) that you smoke (Do specify according to brand)?
3. Please leave me with your name and contact number.
4. (FOR NEW RESPONDENTS): Please leave me with your name, age (birth month and year), sex, mobile number, mobile service provider, and email address.
