Please Inform all your Female Friends !!!!!

A woman at a bar on a Saturday night was taken by 5 men, who, according to hospital and police reports, gang raped her before dumping her. Unable to remember the events of the evening, tests later confirmed the repeat rapes, along with traces of Rohypnol in her blood and Progesterex, essentially a small sterilization pill.

The drug is now being used by rapists at parties to rape AND sterilize their victims. Progesterex is available to vets to sterilize large animals. Progesterex is being used together with Rohypnol, the date rape
drug.

As with Rohypnol, all they have to do is drop it into the girl's drink. The girl can't remember a thing the next morning, of all that had taken place the night before. Progesterex, which dissolves in drinks just as easily, is su! ch that the victim doesn't get pregnant; she won't conceive from the rape and the rapist needn't worry about having a paternity test identifying him months later.

The drug's effects ARE NOT TEMPORARY - They are P*E*R*M*A*N* E*N*T!!! Progesterex was designed to sterilize horses.. Any female who takes it will
NEVER BE ABLE TO CONCEIVE... The weasels can get this drug from anyone who is in the vet school or any university.

It's that easy, and Progesterex is about to break out big on campuses everywhere. Believe it or not, there are even sites on the Internet telling people how to use it.
Please forward this to everyone you know, especially girls... Be careful when you're out and don't leave your drink unattended.

Please make the effort to forward this on to all you know... Guys, plea! se inform all your female friends and relatives!

REPOST THIS MSG AS MANY TIMES AS YOU CAN to HELP SAVE THE NEXT VICTIM.....

Long Weekends!

2 comments - Post a comment

Long weekends... are finally over :(

Other than the routine soccer matches every Sunday, its been a extraordinary pasta cooking weekends. Other than the inaugural attempt at Garlic Prawn Pasta on Friday, I tried another new dish I saw on the web; the Creamy Mushrooom Pasta. And on Sunday night, I went over to Bella house for dinner. Its been eons years ago since I last had dinner and stay over at her house.

1) 3 attempts at the White Wine Creamy Mushroom Pasta.

First Attempt

Forgot to put salt, pepper and cheese. Added too much chicken stock; covering both the white wine and cream taste.

The $20 white wine at NTUC

Prawn and mushroom are not a good match here.

It still taste ok though.

Second Attempt

Added too much wine and chicken stock (again); resulted in watery strong wine taste.

Third Attempt

Finally got the mixture right. But was left with too much cream; hence not much sauce left. Nevertheless, the spaghetti was boiled in salty water which give it the extra taste. Will get better in the next attempt!

The set lunch prepared for Bella.

Set Lunches for sister and her friend.

2) Soccer

Team FATA finally got their win after several consecutive defeats. This match also marked the end of our 2008 season due to rainy season and players' exams. Good luck for your paper guys! We have also strengthened our team with the addition of 3 players.

3) Bella House

As usual, the dinner at Bella's house was superb, I downed 3 bowls of rice. There was the super nice duck meat with crispy skin, mixed vegetable with mushroom, fried fish, "gor hiong", and nice tasty soup. If only I got 2 stomach wahhaa. After dinner, its time for the super Sunday match between Chelsea and Liverpool. Despite the sucky singnet, we still managed to catch most of the action.

4) Food from new stall

$1.50 chicken rice is seen selling at a new stall below my house. We decided to try it out for brunch today.

Other than the chicken rice, the rest is not up to normal standard.

Thats all for now. Hope you guys enjoyed your weekends too!

Garlic Prawn Pasta

No Comment - Post a comment

This is my first attempt at cooking my all time favorite pasta, the Garlic Prawn Pasta. With guidance and the "star ingredient" from Wee Hian, I finally made it to be as tasty as compared to Coffee Club's. Anyway, this is really a simple dish, the world of a difference is caused by the star ingredient. Without it, nothing comes close. And unfortunately, this star ingredient is not purchasable (as commented by Wee Hian) as Coffee Club imported it.

Anyway, a picture worth a thousand words. Here it goes.

Preparing the ingredients

Chopped garlic and chilli padi

Left: Before
Right: After

Left: Tiger Prawn
Right: Marinated with salt and pepper

Left: Chopped Tomato
Right: All done and raring to go

"taming" in progress

The final product

Finally... the "Star Ingredient"

Knorr Pesto!!!
If anyone know where can get this, please tell me, money is not a problem!!! (you know.. I just have to exaggerate)

Last but not least

The star

Warren Buffett Tops Magazine's List of Most Generous American Billionaires

1 comments - Post a comment

Warren Buffett is the nation's most generous billionaire, according to a new ranking by Condé Nast's Portfolio Magazine.

The November issue includes a list of the "50 wealthiest donors and their gifts," ranked by who is "giving the most, relative to their wealth."

Buffett comes in at number one, with $46.1 billion in donations between 2002 and 2006. Most of that, of course, comes from his pledge to give away the bulk of his fortune to the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation.

Gates is number two on the magazine's list.

Rupert Murdoch of News Corp. is last on the list in the 50th position, with no gifts disclosed between 2002 and 2008.

The jogging jinx

No Comment - Post a comment

Got this from an Adidas broucher that highlighted the jogger's injury jinx which I, along with ahfu and Siong, are experiencing.

Basically, Dr Low shared that knee injury is common among runner as the knee cap rubs against the thigh bone during the process. Well, if doing progressive training doesn't help remove the pain, seeking medication attention is probably the only way.

As for me, I completed a 60min soccer match without any sign of the injury acting upon. Hopefully the injury would not resurface after my jogging tonight. *finger crossed*

S'pore to guarantee all Singdollar, foreign currency deposits

No Comment - Post a comment

SINGAPORE: The Singapore government said it would guarantee all Singdollar and foreign currency deposits of individual and non-bank customers in licensed banks, finance companies and merchant banks.

The Monetary Authority of Singapore and the Ministry of Finance said the guarantee of up to S$150 billion will be well in excess of possible liabilities arising from the failure of any financial institution.

The guarantee takes immediate effect and will remain in place until 31 December 2010. It will also be extended to deposits placed with credit co-operatives registered with the Registry of Co-operative Societies.

Currently, there are 41 credit co-operatives providing thrift and loan services to more than 200,000 members.

The guarantee will be backed by S$150 billion of the reserves of the Singapore government.

The move follows similar action by governments around the world in recent days as they sought to deal with the current global financial crisis.

Singapore has assured that its banking system continues to be sound and resilient, but it said precautionary action must be taken to avoid an erosion of the banks' deposit base and to ensure a level international playing field for banks in Singapore.

The total amount of deposits in Singapore is understood to be valued at about S$700 billion.
